I had to change my subscription recently, and from what I can tell so far, it was straightforward. I was able to update what I needed without getting sent in circles, and the emails were clear enough. I haven’t had to deal with anything too complicated yet, but no hassle up to this point, which I definitely appreciate.

mitragaia seems alright overall, and I kind of regret not doing a little more digging before forming an opinion. The site looks decent enough and I didn’t notice anything that felt really concerning, but there also isn’t much reputation info out there to go on. I’d feel a lot better if there were more real customer reviews and clearer company details available. For now, I’d say it’s just a middle-of-the-road rating from me

Tbh I really appreciated how private the whole order felt. The package was super discreet and didn’t have anything obvious on it, which was nice. The site was easy to use too. Shipping took a bit longer than I thought it would, ngl, but overall everything went fine. I’d use MitraGaia again

"Refund was easy, but I’m still torn"
I ended up returning my order and, to be fair, the refund came through quickly without much hassle. I’ve liked this brand for a while, so it was kind of disappointing that the item didn’t work out, but the easy return process does make me feel a little better about possibly giving them another shot.

"Dosage info was confusing and honestly ridiculous"
I was let down by the dosage information on mitragaia.com. It was vague, hard to follow, and kind of ridiculous if you’re someone who isn’t already familiar with this stuff.
I tried looking around the site for clear education or even some basic guidance, but most of what I found was just general wording that didn’t really answer anything. With something like this, I don’t want to be left guessing.
Customer support didn’t really help either. The reply I got was short and sounded copied and pasted, which made the whole experience feel even less reassuring. Overall, it just didn’t feel helpful or safe to me...

I had a question about my order and figured I’d probably be waiting at least a day or two, but they actually got back to me fast. The response felt like a real person wrote it too, not some generic copy-and-paste reply. I followed up with one more question and they handled that without making it feel like a hassle. For me, especially when it comes to ordering online, good communication makes a big difference. Nothing over-the-top to report, just solid support and an easy experience. That’s enough for me to give 5 stars.

Before I ordered from MitraGaia, I poked around the site to see where their stuff comes from, it was easy to find. They actually explain the sourcing instead of using those vague catch-all phrases some sites hide behind. That whole runaround is unnecessary, so I appreciated how straightforward it was. Paying was easy enough, I’ll give them that. They had a few payment options, checkout didn’t take long, and my bill was clear with no random extra charges. My order showed up quickly, and the packaging was actually solid, nothing torn up, leaking, or looking like it had been tossed around. When I opened it, everything looked fresh and was sealed properly. No strange smell or weird clumps either, which is more than I can say for some other places that clearly don’t care as much. Overall, I’m happy with it and would order again.

"Dealing with my account was way more frustrating than it should be"
I tried to update some details on my account and kept running into random errors. The reset emails took forever to show up too, which just made the whole thing more annoying. What really bothered me was that nothing made it clear what I was supposed to do next. I couldn’t tell how to properly manage my account or even close anything out. It felt like I was just clicking around hoping something would work.

"Age check felt more frustrating than it needed to be"
I understand that MitraGaia has to do age verification, so I wasn’t expecting to skip that part or anything. But the way it was set up made the whole thing feel more annoying than it probably had to be.
It asked for information, took longer than I thought it would, and then didn’t really make it clear whether the check had actually gone through. The page also didn’t explain much, which made it feel like they just expected customers to figure it out on their own.
The rest of the site seemed okay, but that age check made me hesitate and almost give up on the order. If they want people to finish checkout, this part could definitely use a smoother setup
