I had to change my subscription recently, and from what I can tell so far, it was straightforward. I was able to update what I needed without getting sent in circles, and the emails were clear enough. I haven’t had to deal with anything too complicated yet, but no hassle up to this point, which I definitely appreciate.

I liked that most of the updates came through email... it made everything easy to keep track of. The replies were clear, not pushy or annoying, and overall it was a smooth experience!

I was a bit worried I might get fooled or end up with something old and weak, but it actually felt fresh and potent. Shipping took a little longer than I hoped, but overall I’m happy with it

mitragaia seems alright overall, and I kind of regret not doing a little more digging before forming an opinion. The site looks decent enough and I didn’t notice anything that felt really concerning, but there also isn’t much reputation info out there to go on. I’d feel a lot better if there were more real customer reviews and clearer company details available. For now, I’d say it’s just a middle-of-the-road rating from me

I love how simple this is. I just hit reorder and all my usual stuff is taken care of. No messing around trying to find everything again, which is SUCH a time-saver.

I was let down by the dosage information on mitragaia.com. It was vague, hard to follow, and kind of ridiculous if you’re someone who isn’t already familiar with this stuff.
I tried looking around the site for clear education or even some basic guidance, but most of what I found was just general wording that didn’t really answer anything. With something like this, I don’t want to be left guessing.
Customer support didn’t really help either. The reply I got was short and sounded copied and pasted, which made the whole experience feel even less reassuring. Overall, it just didn’t feel helpful or safe to me...
